You know it’s a Bulls’ blowout when…

March 22, 2011

Once upon a time, a Bulls‘ team with Joakim Noah and Derrick Rose lost to the Sacramento Kings after leading by 35 points.  Fortunately, it’s a new day in Bulls’ basketball and last night, the Bulls decided to take care of business early so that everyone could go home and get ready to for Atlanta.  With that, we present to you ten ways that you can tell that the game is going to be a blow out:

10. Rasual Butler makes an appearance with more than 3 minutes left in the game.
9. There are Scal-a-brin-e chants.
8. The United Center fans don’t even have time to muster up indignant boos over Big Macs.
7. D.Rose shows emotions (while sitting on the bench for the entire 4th quarter).
6. D.Rose has an open path to the basket for a reverse jam.
5. Omer Asik has an open path to the basket (repeatedly; the Kings parted like the Red Sea for our dear Turkish Delight).
4. As a Bulls’ fan, you feel bad for the fans of the opposing team.
3. It’s not totally and utterly obvious that Boozer is slacking on defense.
2. Luol plays fewer than 40 minutes.
1. Thibs SITS DOWN!

Let’s hope we see some of these tonight in Atlanta!
